Mid-Valley – South of Ketchum

As it is commonly referred to, ‘Mid-Valley’ is the stretch of land that spans between the towns of Ketchum and Hailey. This area is comprised of many different types of neighborhoods and styles of homes, and has easy access to both Ketchum or Hailey. A bike path that runs the length of the Valley is a great amenity that many Mid-Valley residents utilize. Mid-Valley offers opportunities for larger and more private parcels of land. East Fork marks the halfway point between Ketchum and Hailey and is named after the river that runs the length of its canyon. Other beautiful canyons such as Greenhorn and Cold Springs Canyons boast popular trails, while many river front properties can be found in this area. St. Luke’s Hospital, Meadows RV Park a number of trailer parks are located south of Ketchum.
